The village of Neutia, MX hosts a week long Feast of St. James the Apostle. This small village near San Miguel de Allende opens it's doors with food, shopping, music and horse racing and cowboy competitions. The whole down comes out for the festivities. Two riders race side by side down a 1/2 kg track joining arms in an attempt to pull the other off it's horse.
